The Role

A highly regarded Havering-based primary school is looking for a committed Year 1 Phase Leader to join the team from September. You’ll lead and support your year group team, drive high standards in teaching and learning, and be responsible for one Year 1 class. This role comes with a TLR and includes mentoring opportunities for ECTs and input into KS1 strategy development.
