The Role

For this Teaching Assistant role, you will need to work closely with the students and the teacher and will be working with students in KS3 & KS4, you must have strong classroom and behaviour management skills. In this role you may be working in and out of the classroom and will be working one – to – one with the students, you must build strong rapport with them and focus on their mental and educational wellbeing.

This SEMH school is based in Bromley and caters for students aged 11 – 16 years old. The school’s focus is on developing core skills of literacy and numeracy, whilst offering a broad range of other curriculum areas to provide real interest for their pupils.
