The Role

 

I am working with a SEN School based in Southwark that are looking for a new SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team! In this role you will be working with key stage 3 & 4 students in class and must be an approachable, efficient and confident person with the ability to build strong relationships with staff and students. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you must have strong experience and knowledge working with different Special Educational Needs and Autism. To be considered for this role you must be immediately available for a full – time long – term role and have an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service.

This SEN school is base in Southwark and caters for a range of SEN students aged 11- 19 years old, they are committed to continual improvement, high quality education, within an open and welcoming environment. The range of disabilities requires the contribution of a multidisciplinary team with physiotherapists, occupational therapist, speech and language therapists and special school support assistants, all working co-cooperatively with the teaching staff to meet the individual needs of the students.
