We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate SEMH Teaching Assistant to join a specialist school in Enfield. This role involves supporting KS3 and KS4 students with SEMH, ASD, ADHD, and other additional needs. As a SEMH Teaching Assistant you will provide 1:1 and small group support to students both inside and outside the classroom, implement behaviour management strategies to support students’ emotional and social development, also assist with daily routines, interventions, and structured activities tailored to each student’s needs. The ideal candidate will have prior SEMH/SEN experience in a specialist or mainstream setting and a strong ability to build rapport with challenging students.
