We are looking for a resilient and nurturing SEMH Teacher to join a specialist SEMH school in Enfield. You will be teaching small groups of KS3 and/or KS4 students who require personalised support due to complex emotional and behavioural needs. As a SEMH Teacher you will be delivering a tailored curriculum that supports both academic progress and emotional development, working collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, and support staff, creating a safe, structured, and positive learning environment and implementing effective behaviour management strategies. The ideal SEMH Teacher will be adaptable, empathetic, and committed to making a long-term difference in the lives of vulnerable learners.
