This Ealing based Primary school is a recently federated school with an aim to develop the whole person in an environment that is safe, calm and challenging. The school believes that every child is unique and special individual and hold the student to being truly accountable, with support, to reach their full potential.
The successful Primary ARP Teacher will be required to work as a Primary School teacher within the ARP which is part of the Mainstream school. The success Primary ARP Teacher will need to be confident, organised, creative and resilient with a real passion for teaching (especially in a somewhat challenging environment). They must be able to connect with children across the entire primary age range (Early years to KS2). Ideally, they will have a holistic approach towards seeing the whole child and will endeavour to embrace the challenge of understanding and accommodating that all behaviour is communication. They MUST have a minimum of 4 years’ experience and have a QTS Certificate.
