As a PMLD Teaching Assistant, you will be supporting students aged 11–18 with profound and multiple learning difficulties and associated conditions such as ASD, sensory impairments, and complex medical needs. You will work closely with teachers and therapists to deliver a highly personalised curriculum and provide essential care, including feeding and personal care. A calm, adaptable, and proactive approach is essential to supporting students in a safe and positive learning environment.
