The Role

 

This Mentor role requires an enthusiastic professional to work with children in KS3 and KS4 who have SEMH some of whom exhibit challenging behaviour. As a Mentor you will work 1:1 and in small groups this will be in and out of the classroom working under the supervision of the class teacher. The ideal Mentor will have strong behaviour management skills maybe someone with a sports or a creative background will be a bonus.

The School

 

This SEMH school is located in a great location in Redbridge they have onsite parking for all staff and the nearest bus stop is located outside of the school gate. They provide a high standard of education to children who have SEMH ages 4 – 19. They have a great SLT who ensures that all staff have training and support, they have a great team who work together providing a fun and enjoyable learning space for children to reach their full potential.
