The Role

As an Interventions TA, you will work with individuals or small groups of students to deliver focused support and interventions across a range of subjects, helping to boost attainment and close learning gaps. You will collaborate closely with class teachers and the SEN team to identify students in need of extra assistance and tailor your approach to meet their specific needs.
