The Role

Working 1:1 and in a small group with a group of students proving to have challenging behaviour. The school are looking for an individual who is calm where their main purpose is to build rapport and establish a positive relationship whilst helping the students stay on track and progress with their learning.

The School

The school is a mixed 11-16 Secondary School based in Newham a short walk from an easily accessible DLR and Elizabeth line stations. A student population of 880 rated Good in their latest Ofsted inspection
