As a Behaviour Mentor, you will work closely with pupils who need additional support in managing their emotions and behaviour. You will provide 1:1 and small group mentoring, helping pupils develop strategies for positive behaviour and supporting them both inside and outside the classroom. You will act as a positive role model, inspiring and motivating pupils to stay engaged in their learning.
