The Role

 

I am currently working with this secondary school based in Newham who are currently looking for a Behaviour mentor to run small group interventions to support students who require additional support. The school have specifically asked for a Behaviour mentor who can support students with challenging behaviour, who have come from vulnerable backgrounds They are looking for an enthusiastic individual who can also work on a 1:1 basis to support students that lack confidence.

The School

 

This secondary school based in the London borough of Newham cater to students aged 11 to 16 with a small number of students enrolled. The school is based just a two-minute walk from the nearest DLR station which is easily accessible. With just 260 students attending, this school is focused on growth and the success at GCSE for all students ensuring that they have the foundations for a successful career ahead. With smaller class sizes there is also a focus on the relationships built with pupils ensuring achievement is at best interest for pupils.
