For this Behaviour Mentor role, you’ll be supporting students across KS2 & KS3 on a 1:1 basis and in small groups. The students have SEMH needs and may display challenging behaviour, so you must be confident, calm, and nurturing in your approach. You’ll play a key role in helping them regulate their emotions and stay engaged in learning. Experience in de-escalation and using positive behaviour strategies is essential.
This specialist SEMH school supports pupils aged 7–13 with a focus on social and emotional development, literacy, and numeracy.
