The Role

Qualiteach are looking for an experienced Behaviour Mentor who is confident and comfortable with dealing with challenging behaviour. The school are wanting the Behaviour Mentor to have previously had experience working in a school setting and ideally to have experience working as a 1:1 Behaviour Mentor. The pupil who the Behaviour Mentor will be assigned with is on the verge of being kicked out of the school and needs to be managed correctly within the classroom. Training and a hand over will be shared with the Behaviour Mentor and for the first week you will be working alongside someone to transition into the role.
