You’ll work closely with pupils across KS1 and KS2 who require behavioural, emotional or social support. This role will involve 1:1 and small group interventions, developing behaviour plans, and offering pastoral care alongside the school’s SENCo and safeguarding lead. You will also support in managing pupil transitions, liaise with parents and external professionals, and contribute to the wider wellbeing strategy of the school.
