Latest statistics from the Department for Education show that there are 166,041 autistic pupils in schools in England. This is an 8% increase since 2020. Yet, over 70% of them are educated within mainstream schools. Year after year, it becomes increasingly difficult for these pupils to have access to the support they need.

Qualiteach Ltd are seeking an individual to work with pupils who struggle with autism, providing personalised support through strong relationships and professional collaboration. Whether in the classroom or interventions, you will work closely with pupils on a one-to-one, or small group basis to help break down their learning and guide them through their school day.
You will be:
** Enthusiastic and passionate about supporting children with special educational needs.
** Strong with behaviour management by setting clear boundaries and using a range of appropriate techniques.
** An excellent communicator and resilient, positive practitioner.
** Able to bring a warm smile each day and set your stall out – no two days are the same!
