The Role

In this role, you will provide 1:1 support to students aged 2–19 who have Autism Spectrum condition (ASC) and Complex Needs. Your responsibilities will include assisting with communication, personal care, and engaging students in tailored learning activities. Experience in supporting students with complex needs is essential to effectively contribute to their development and well-being.

The All Through SEN School is an all-age (2–19) foundation special school located in Carshalton, Sutton. The SEN school caters to students diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASD) and Complex Needs. The school provides a nurturing and inclusive environment that celebrates each student’s unique abilities and achievements. There Ofsted was rated Good in all areas in May 2024.
