Are you experienced in working with children with challenging behaviour?

Have you got experience working as a Behaviour Mentor or supporting children on a 1:1 basis?

Have you got at least 6 months of experience working within a school?

The Role

Qualiteach have an opportunity available for an experienced 1:1 Behaviour Mentor who is confident with challenging behaviour. The pupil you will be supporting on a 1:1 basis is in Year 2. The pupil often gets distracted and distracts others around him and occasionally has outbursts which the 1:1 Behaviour Mentor must be able to manage. For this role, 6 months of experience working in a school is essential, as well as having a proven background in handling challenging behaviour.

The school is a mixed Primary school that has an “Outstanding” rating from Ofsted. The school has a new special needs provision, excellent transport links are available around the school depending on where you’re travelling from.
