Teaching Assistant – The role:

The school are currently seeking an enthusiastic, experienced Teaching Assistant to join its department and be a part of a ‘Good’ Ofsted rated school. There is a fantastic faculty to provide exceptional support and training to its support staff. The ideal candidate will be a team player and want to build a good rapport with colleagues and students. The must also shows good time management as well as be able adaptable in certain situations. You will be required to demonstrate positive behaviour, have a calm and understanding approach and have patience when supporting the children. As a Teaching Assistant, you will be guiding and instructing students in the work that has been left by the department or class teacher.
