SEN TA – The Role

The ideal SEN TA would be someone who can work under pressure and stay calm but also has the ability to be compassionate and understanding. The perfect SEN TA will be able to work in sync with teachers. Having experience working with special needs children will be an advantage specifically if you have worked with children with autism.
