If you answered yes to the above, then this Behaviour Mentor role is for you!
This Behaviour Mentor role requires you to help young students develop strong personal, academic and social skills. The ideal Behaviour Mentor needs to be confident, resilient and enthusiastic at all times as you will be required to support challenging students and steer them onto the right path. A positive attitude towards education is taken at this SEMH Unit and you will be encouraged to promote this through an enthusiastic teaching style.
The SEMH Unit – Behaviour Mentor
This SEMH Unit is based in Uxbridge and caters for over 95 students aged 5 – 16. This is a greast SEMH unit where the focus is to work with an individual pupil to ensure the correct outcomes are acheived for the pupil. You will be looking after pupils who are within KS3 KS4 age groups. We welcome applications from staff who have worked within a behaviour mentor or 121 support role previously.
