About the role – Science teacher

I am currently working with this mixed secondary school based in the London borough of Havering who are looking to appoint a QTS trained Science teacher. The successful science teacher will have had experience teaching across key stages three, four and five with ability to show strong classroom management. With class sizes averaging at around 17 – 20 students per class across key stages three and four the successful class teacher is able to build rapport with students on a closer basis. There is a larger than average intake at A-Level for Physics therefore the school are keen to appoint a physics specialist.

About the school – Science teacher

This all girls secondary school based in the London borough of Redbridge cater to Girls aged 11 to 19 at near full capacity. The school is based just a short walk from two central line stations and easily accessible by Bus also. With a grand total of just over 1000 students, this secondary school aim to gain continued success at both GCSE & A-Level whilst maintaining an ‘Outstanding’ Ofsted rating. With class sizes smaller than most secondary schools, the school pride themselves on the relationships built with pupils ensuring achievement is at best interest for pupils.
