About the role – Science supply teacher

I am currently working with a secondary school based in East London who are currently using a number of science supply teachers on a day to day and in block booking when necessary. The science supply teacher will be required to teach Science to students aged 11 to 18 in the absence of the classroom teacher.

Requirements – Science supply teacher

• The ideal candidate will be a QTS or QTLS trained teacher who has experience teaching Science or other subjects in a secondary school.
• They will be required to successfully follow school policies and make effort with other members of staff in the school.
• Will need strong behaviour management with the ability to build rapport.
• Must be highly organized and comfortable with change.
• Must also have a valid DBS or be willing to complete one
