About the role – RE Teacher

I am currently working with this secondary school based in Waltham forest who are looking to appoint a RE Teacher this September on a cover basis for a minimum of 1 term. The school are looking for someone to join their team of humanities teachers teaching a timetable with majority of RE with a small section of History.

Th successful candidate must be committed to supporting students who have a genuine interest in gaining an in-depth knowledge of religions and the views based around them. The ideal RE teacher will have strong subject knowledge with experience teaching up to GCSE level.
