The Role-Primary SEN Teacher
The successful Primary SEN Teacher would ideally be someone who has a proven track record with a range of needs. A high percentage of pupils will have behaviour needs, some students will have ADHD, Aspergers EBD so the ideal Primary SEN Teacher will be adaptable and flexible. You must always be able to keep students engaged and be able to build a strong rapport with your students. The Primary SEN Teacher will be resilient, patient and have strong behaviour management.

Based in Hounslow with fantastic transport links, this Pupil Referral Unit currently cater for 47 students. They offer a secure and carefully structured environment, where permanently excluded pupils develop as confident and independent learners able to achieve their best outcomes to support the reintegration of pupils into schools. This PRU was recently rated ‘Good’ in all areas.
