The Role-Primary SEN Teacher

The successful Primary SEN Teacher would ideally be someone who has a proven track record with a range of needs. A high percentage of pupils will have behaviour needs, some students will have SEMH and ASC and Special Needs so the ideal Primary SEN Teacher will be teaching adaptable and flexible. You must always be able to keep students engaged and be able to build a strong rapport with your students. The Primary SEN Teacher will be resilient, patient and have strong behaviour management.

Based in the heart of Ealing with fantastic transport links, this ASC SEN School currently cater for 35 students. This school offers a secure and carefully structured environment, where permanently excluded pupils develop as confident and independent learners able to achieve their best outcomes to support the reintegration of pupils into schools.
