The Role Primary 1:1 Support worker/ SEN –
The ideal Primary 1:1 Support worker/ SEN should be ambitious, passionate and have a desire to see pupils succeed and do well. As an aspiring teacher, you will need to have experience in either EYFS/KS1/KS2. You will need to work closely with other teachers to support them in their teaching practise and providing general support for whole class learning activities or supporting individuals or small groups of pupils.
