Part time Intervention teacher – about the role
Qualiteach are in partnership with a lovely school in Islington who are seeking an experienced teacher to join them in September on a permanent contract as a part time intervention teacher. Your responsibilities will include working in small groups targeting pupils that require extra support across English and Maths. Your lessons will be spread across all year groups and you will also be asked to cover lessons in teacher’s absence.
The headteacher is ideally looking for some that has Qualified Teacher Status with previous experience of teaching SEN students and previous experience teaching within the UK curriculum tailoring lessons around each child’s individual needs.
