Learning Support Assistant – The role:
The school are currently seeking an enthusiastic, experienced Teaching Assistant to join it’s SEN department, working with children with different needs such as autism or complex needs. The ideal candidate will need good team working skills and previous experience of working with young people who have special needs. You will be required to demonstrate positive behaviour, have a calm and understanding approach and have patience when supporting the children. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will be guiding and instructing students in the work that has been left by the department or class teacher.
