Learning Mentor – about the role
As a Learning Mentor, you will be working closely with the SENCO and class teachers to provide a high level of support to all students.
A strong personality and a positive approach are required as this school is looking for a positive role model for students. The ideal candidate will have experience working with challenging behaviour, dedicated to making a difference, experience within Key Stage 1 & 2 and strong communication skill as developing rapport with staff and students will be an essential part of the role.

This school has good facilities and an excellent team who are dedicated to providing their students with a high standard of education regardless of barriers that they might face.
The head of inclusion is very supportive and organised. She currently has a team of 4 1:1 Specialists and is consistent in her approach to ensure a happy workplace environment.
Parking is accessible however, it is encouraged to travel by transport with excellent links to the Victoria Line and Overground
