The Role – KS4 SEN Teacher
For this KS4 SEN Teaching role based in Croydon you will be required to teach a class of students that are all on the Autistic Spectrum and also have Severe Learning Difficulties. There are currently 5 students in the class, one in Year 10 and four in Year 11 along with the support of two full time and one part time teaching assistant. You must be a fully qualified teacher that either has SEN teaching experience or is keen and passionate to benefit the education, learning and lives of special needs pupils.

This special school, found in the London borough of Croydon caters for students with complex needs, aged between 11-19 years and most students have ASD, SLD, SLCN and behavioural difficulties. The school have a main focus to ensure that each and every student achieves their goals and progresses in their education as well as in their social, emotional and physical development. In 2014 this SEN school were seen as Good in all areas by Ofsted and have only since made improvements and hope to achieve Outstanding.
The school are looking for somebody to start immediately but also have a similar role in KS3 to start in April.
