The Role – KS3 SEN Teacher
We are looking for an outstanding KS3 SEN Teacher to join a high achieving SEN School and teach a low ability KS3 class who are working at KS2 level. As a KS3 SEN Teacher you will have at least 1 year’s experiences working within an SEN School and must have the ability to plan and deliver engaging lessons to meet each child’s needs. For this KS3 SEN Teacher role you will be teaching a class of 8 students who have ASD and Complex Needs with the help of 2 teaching assistants. To be a successful KS3 SEN Teacher you will have experience working on P Levels and experience using PECS and Makaton.

This SEN School caters for 104 students with ASD and Complex Needs between the ages of 7 – 16. This SEN School was recently graded as ‘Outstanding’ in all areas in their recent Ofsted inspection.
