About the role – Design Technology teacher

I am currently working alongside the secondary phase of this all through school in Redbridge who are looking for a QTS trained design technology teacher this September. The successful candidate will be responsible for students studying GCSE Edexcel Design & Technology teaching electronics, graphics and resistant materials. Throughout key stage three students will study one lesson a week throughout years 7, 8 & 9.

This outstanding all through school based in the London borough of Redbridge cater to students aged 3 to 19 with a total of 2904 students on site. The school is based just a short distance from a number of train stations, Barking being the nearest. The school is running at near to full capacity where reputation for development in both students and staff is clear. In their most recent Ofsted rating the school was rated outstanding in all areas where it was identified that all groups of pupils were able to make progress Years 7 to 11.
