About the role – Cover supervisor

Qualiteach are currently looking for Cover supervisors with a genuine interest in gaining experience within education and a degree in any relevant subject. We are looking for individuals with a can do attitude and strong interpersonal skills to help build rapport with students. As an agency we can offer inhouse training if you have little/no experience on classroom and behaviour management, Lesson plans & guidelines and everything you need to know about the general school day.

Requirements – Cover supervisor

• A relevant degree
• An up to date DBS (can apply for one if need be!)
• No experience required
• A can-do attitude
• Create a healthy and safe working environment
• Use strike systems to ensure authority is in place
• Efficient classroom and behaviour management
