The Role-Behaviour Support Assistant

We are looking to appoint a strong Behaviour Support Assistant to work in a Mainstream School’s SEN Division. Student’s will be aged between 8-11 and will have various SEN needs such as ADHD, Aspergers, Dyslexia and Learning Difficulties. The ideal Behaviour Support Assistant will need to have strong Behaviour structures in place as pupils will be very challenging.

The School-SEN Department

This school located in Redbridge currently have over 30 pupils across the SEN Division with various needs with students aged between 8-16. They have a well-trained staffing team and specialists that ensure all students excel in all areas of their learning. They were recently rated ‘Good’ and continue to strive to be an ‘Outstanding’ school.
