The Role-Behaviour Mentor
As a Behaviour Support Assistant you’ll be working with students with various behaviour needs that need support on a 1:1 basis or in small groups. The successful Behaviour Support Assistant will be working with students between the ages of 14-17 and the main aim is to incorporate students back into mainstream school. You will need to be able to build a strong rapport with the students, be approachable and patient.
The School- Pupil Referral Unit
Based in Ealing, this PRU currently cater for 108 students aged between 11-18. This PRU are known for their high success rate in getting students incorporated back into a mainstream setting. Rated ‘Good’ by Ofsted, this school aim to always have every pupil’s voice heard in order to gain the best outcome.
