A secondary school in Hounslow are looking for an experienced Behaviour Mentor to work with pupils with extreme challenging behaviour as well as educational challenges. You’ll be working with students between the ages of 11-16 years. Your main focus will be to manage the behaviour of the students during the day as well as encouraging them to get involved during their lessons. The ideal Behaviour Mentor for this role will need have had previous experience, this does not necessarily need to be in a classroom setting and need to be able to build a strong rapport with the students.
Pupil Referral Unit
Found in the borough of Hounslow, this Pupil Referral Unit caters for students aged between 11-16 years that have been temporarily or permanently excluded from mainstream education. They currently have 100 students on role and their main aim is to improve their students behaviour, attendance and attitude towards their education, in hope that they can be transitioned back into mainstream education.
