Do you have restraint training and able to build a strong rapport with students?

The Role-Behaviour Mentor
The experienced Behaviour Mentor will be working with students between the ages of 8-12 with complex needs and challenging behaviour. As a Behaviour Mentor your main aim is to try and understand where students challenging behaviour stems from and help defuse any situation. You’ll be carrying out sessions with small groups and on a 1:1 basis on a regular basis to keep track of Behaviour. The successful Behaviour Mentor must ideally be Team Teach or restraint trained.
