About the role – Behaviour Mentor

I am working with this secondary school based in Bromley who are looking for a Behaviour Mentor for an immediate start on a full time basis. The school is based just a short bus ride from Grove Park station. For this post, you must have experience working with children in both primary and secondary phases, as well as have previous experience dealing with challenging behaviour. You do not have to have experience as a Behaviour Mentor, however, it is preferred as you will be providing in class support as well as mentoring on a 1:2:1 basis.

Each teacher is given efficient time to do their job properly including co-planning sessions throughout the week to make planning and marking more time efficient allowing teacher to focus on other aspects on teaching and learning.
