The Role-Behaviour LSA

We are looking to appoint a strong Behaviour LSA to work in a SEMH School in the Primary department. Student’s will have various SEN needs such as ADHD, Aspergers, SEMH, Learning Difficulties and Behaviour Challenges. The ideal Behaviour LSA will need to have strong Behaviour structures in place as pupils will be very challenging. You’ll be working with small groups as well as on a 1:1 basis supporting in core subjects.

The School-SEMH School

This school located in Islington currently have over 80 pupils across the school with challenging behaviour and SEMH needs. They cater for students between the ages of 5-18 and have a well-trained staffing team and specialists that ensure all students excel in all areas of their learning. They were recently rated ‘Good’ and continue to strive for the best in all their students.
