The Post – 1:1 Learning Support Assistant
This SEN school are looking for a learning support assistant to start ASAP to work with a student in Year 8. The student is on the Autistic Spectrum and has very challenging behaviour. Therefore, you must have strong behaviour management skills and good interpersonal skills along with experience with SEMH, ADHD and ASD. Ideally for this 1:1 learning support assistant role you will be trained in physical intervention e.g. Team Teach/MAPA etc.

Found in the borough of Bromley, this SEN school is split into two sites and caters for students with varied needs between the ages of 4-19 years, all students that attend the school have an EHCP (Education, Health and Care Plan). The head teacher has a clear goal to provide all students with the appropriate skills and qualifications to be progress and to prepare them for the working world.
