The Role

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated 1:1 ASD Teaching Assistant to support a pupil with autism in both KS1 and KS2 settings. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience working in a school and a strong understanding of supporting children with ASD. You will provide tailored support to help the pupil access learning, manage routines, and build confidence. This is a rewarding role for a calm, patient, and committed individual.

 

The School

The school is a large school in Waltham Forest that has two sites. The school are looking for an adaptable TA to work across both sites and different year groups. There are 1217 registered pupils within the school.
