Role: English Teacher       Location: Wigan

Are you a fully qualified teacher of English who can quickly build rapport and engage with your students?

Qualiteach is currently recruiting for a teacher of English on a full-time basis for a mainstream secondary school based in Wigan.

The role is due to begin on 06/01/2025 and is offered on a long-term basis until the end of the academic year to cover a maternity leave.

Key Requirements:

** Ability to teach English at both KS3 & KS4

** A passion for the subject

** Excellent communication skills

** Ability to create exciting, engaging lesson plans

** Ability to quickly build rapport

** Flexible and adaptable approach

** Hold a PGCE with QTS/QTLS

** Hold right to work in the UK

** Have an enhanced DBS certificate on the update service
