The Role

 

For this PMLD Teacher role you will be teaching a small KS2 intervention class for pupils with challenging behaviour and severe learning difficulties, you will need to plan, prepare, and deliver lessons suitable to their academic needs. In this PMLD Teacher role you must be team teach trained and may need to use PECS to communicate with the students, you will need to be proactive and encourage the students to be as independent as possible in all their learning. You must hold QTS and have experience working with profound and multiple learning difficulties.
